At Sleek N Sheek , we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. to ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellations policy:
Cancellation Notice: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Late Cancellations: cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of service. This fee will be charged to credit card on file or deducted from your next service.
No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a no-show. A no-show will result in a fee of 100% of the service price. This fee will also be charged to the credit card on file or deducted from your next service.
Exceptions: We do understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a valid reason for late cancellation or no-shows, please contact us directly, and we will review your situation on case by case basis.
